I'm Lisa Schrader. I believe we’ve all chosen to be on the planet at this threshold time because we didn’t want to miss this wild ride of transformation and awakening of consciousness. I also agree with Clarissa Pinkola Estés when she writes, “Ours is not the task of fixing the entire world all at once, but of stretching out to mend the part of the world that is within our reach.”
The part that is most clearly in our reach, of course, is ourselves. I am here with a mission and vision of One Love, ever seeking ways of opening my own heart more deeply in self love, erotic love, loving others, and ultimately, Divine Love. It is my profound joy to serve others in this process through my writing, coaching, workshops, speaking and teaching.

She's a devotee of Bikram yoga, dance of all kinds, hiking, swimming in bodies of water, reading, writing, meditating, laying in the sun and listening to the river flow with her loveable cat Cinder on her lap.
