I am registering for a 45-minute phone coaching session which will be scheduled at a mutually-convenient time between myself and Lisa Schrader on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between the hours of 9 AM and 3 PM (Pacific). I understand that I will be calling at the time we agree to and if I cancel with less than 24 hours notice or “no show” at the scheduled time, I forfeit my coaching session. I also understand that I am responsible for any long-distance phone charges for the call. I understand that by submitting this registration, Lisa Schrader will be contacting me to schedule my Introductory Coaching Session. The fee for this session is $75 and is due at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled coaching session.
