A Program Content Overview
SHAKTI is a Sanskrit term used in Tantra that means sacred life force energy. Shakti is also commonly referred to as the feminine aspect of being. In the "Unleash Your Shakti Power Initiation Program," we use SHAKTI as an acronym. The letters stand for: Source, Heart, Attraction, Kundalini, Truth, and Intuition. We will move down the body from the crown of the head into the heart and then into our sacred place or "yoni" (vagina). Then we move back up the body through the kundalini energy, into the center of truth and finally up to the center of intuition at the "third eye."

Details on Dates and Times?
The Unleash Your Shakti Power Initiation Program begins on Thursday, June 3, 2010 and runs through November 4, 2010. We will meet on the phone as a group every other Thursday for a total of 12 sessions. The session time will begin at 12 noon (Pacific) and last for an hour (sometimes longer, 80 minutes or so). In between sessions, participants will be checking in with the group via email and they'll also be working with their class buddy. All the calls will be recorded if you have to miss class or want to listen to it again.
